We were built for the part of AI that is hard.
Newroz exists because the constraint in enterprise AI moved. The technology became accessible; the ability to absorb it did not.
Our story
Newroz was founded in Dubai by advisors and engineers who had spent years on the inside of large transformation programmes — in banks, ministries, health systems, and industrial groups — and had watched the same pattern repeat.
Capable organisations were investing seriously in AI and getting demonstrations instead of capability. The missing piece was never the model. It was the work of aligning leadership, redesigning process, settling governance, and building systems that people would actually depend on.
We built the firm around that work. Strategy and engineering under one roof, senior people on every engagement, and an operating discipline borrowed from institutions where failure is not an academic concern.

The Gulf has the ambition, the capital, and the political will to lead on applied artificial intelligence. What decides the outcome is whether institutions here own the capability or rent it.
